2. Return Eligibility

Customers may request a return only in the following situations:

  • Wrong product delivered

  • Damaged product received

  • Defective item received

  • Size issue (only if exchange service is available)

To be eligible for a return:

  • Product must be unused and unwashed

  • Original tags and packaging must be intact

  • Return request must be raised within 48 hours of delivery


3. Non-Returnable Products

Returns will not be accepted for:

  • Used or washed products

  • Products damaged by customer misuse

  • Minor color variation due to lighting or screen resolution

  • Customized or special-order items

  • Return requests raised after the allowed timeframe


4. Return Request Process

To request a return:

  1. Contact our support team within 48 hours of delivery

  2. Share:

    • Order ID

    • Product images

    • Proper unboxing video

  3. Our team will verify the request and provide further instructions


5. Refund Policy

Refunds are applicable only after successful verification and approval of the return request.

Approved refunds will be processed:

  • Within 7–10 business days

  • To the original payment method

If payment was made through COD (Cash on Delivery), refund may be processed via bank transfer or store credit.


6. Exchange Policy

Product exchanges are subject to:

  • Product availability

  • Size availability

  • Serviceability of customer location

Exchange requests may take additional delivery time.


7. Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch.

Once the order has been shipped, cancellation requests may not be accepted.


8. Shipping Charges for Returns

  • If the return is due to our mistake (wrong/damaged product), return shipping charges will be borne by Witty Banters.

  • In other cases, customers may need to bear return shipping costs.
